Refund policy
Our online store has a 90-day return policy for the Christmas period. This will return to the 14 day policy on the 31st of January 2026 which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and issues
If your received item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@prettylovely.co.uk.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your item is to return your received item, and purchase the new item separately once your original return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is or is not accepted.
If approved, you will have an automatic refund on the original payment method used.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
